The most common reasons that Equilab trainings get interrupted on iPhones is because of too many other apps competing for the device's processing power. When Equilab does not have enough processing power to collect, analyze, and record your motion, it is forced to stop tracking by your device.
This is a default setting built into iPhones, to maximize the number of apps that are able to run at once. To help prevent the issue, we highly recommend making sure not to use other tracking apps that utilize GPS tracking or motion collection while using Equilab. Additionally, you can achieve the best tracking performance by closing any apps other than Equilab while riding.
