If your training gets interrupted (the full training is not recorded) then checkout the Interrupted section.
However if the whole training gets recorded but you don't get any gait at all then it is most often the accelerometer or gyroscope in the phone that is not working properly. It is a hardware issue with the phone and is therefore not possible to solve without getting a new phone. Before doing that though you should try to see if either of the options below solves the issue:
- Uninstall/Install the app
- Follow the guide for interrupted trainings for your model (available in the section above)
- Try to set the phone to always on screen and see if it works. You should be aware that this drains a lot of battery so may not be a longterm solution.
If none of the above solutions work then you need another device to make it work.
