Most often the loss of Premium features is caused by users accidentally creating or logging into a different account that does not have a subscription.
If your account is missing your recent data or rides, it's likely that you may be logged into a different account. To check if this has happened, please take the steps in the following guide: What email is my account linked to
If you were not able to find any other account using that approach, we suggest taking the following steps to see if you are in another account:
- From the Home screen, app the "add friends" icon in the top right corner
- Search for your own name
- If you found another user that appears to be your account, contact our support team with your name and email address and we'll help you access the proper account.
Other Issues
- Make sure you have an active subscription in either the Apple App Store or Google Playstore. If you do have an active subscription, take the steps outlined below.
- For Apple iOS users:
- Go to Equilab > Profile > Settings > Press "Restore Purchase
- Close the app
- Open the app and see if you have access to the premium features ones again
