Equilab store all trainings securely in the cloud and there is a couple of common reasons why it feels like all your trainings has gone missing. Go through the checklist below and make sure none of the below have happened in your case.
Created a new account by accident or logged into an old account by accident
If your account is totally empty than this is a likely cause, first step to find out if this has happened is to check if you can find any other account by looking at this guide: What email is my account linked to
If you were not able to find any other account using that tactic you can go into friends -> add friends -> search for your own name -> if you found another user that seem to be your account you have most likely logged into the wrong account.
Setup has changed
A common reason is that you have by accident changed horse in the app. You can verify this is not the case by going into the app and then go to calendar -> in upper left corner pick "me" -> check if you can see your trainings
These steps did not solve the issue
If you were not able to solve it by going through the list above then send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please attach screenshots of:
- Your calendar with "me" picked in upper left corner
- All trainings view (Go to trends -> pick me in upper left corner -> press all trainings)
- The email linked to your account (What email is my account linked to)
- Your full name as in the app and if you remember: what date you created the account.
