Export your path/track from riding
If you want to export a path you rode - for instance, to share to another tool such as Google Maps - you can easily do so through the app! Simply take the following steps to export a ride's map as a GPX file:
- Open the Equilab app, and navigate to the ride you want to export
- You can do so via your Feed, Calendar, or Training list on your profile
- Tap on the training to view its summary
- In upper right corner press the three dot ("Edit" button)
- Select the option to "Export as GPX"
- Choose where you want to share/store the file (it will open a sharing menu)
GPX is a standard format of location-based files, which makes it possible to upload into many mapping/navigation applications.
Export all trainings
Equilab makes it easy to export all of your recorded trainings from your account or for a specific horse. You can do so by opening Equilab and taking the following steps:
- Navigate to the Trends tab
- Select the horse/me that you want to export for in upper left corner
- Set the dates you want to export for in upper right corner
- Press Export
- Press Selected Period
- Choose where you want to share/save it (a menu will open on your device to select an option)
- Open up the exported file with a spreadsheet tool (such as Microsoft Excel, Apple's Numbers or Google Sheets) to review and analyze the data.

- Total Distance (m)
- Pace by Gaits: Walk/Trot/Canter/Tolt (m/s)
- Total Average Pace (m/s)
- Stride by Gaits: Walk/Trot/Canter/Tolt (m)
- Total Stride (m)
- Beat by Gaits: Walk/Trot/Canter/Tolt (sec/step count)
- Total Beat (s/Step count)
- Step count by Gaits: Walk/Trot/Canter/Tolt
- Total step count
- Total Left Turn Duration (sec)
- Total Right Turn Duration (sec)
- Total Transition Count
- Transitions Counts for:
