Add other riders as friends in Equilab to see, like and comment on each other's trainings, compete on Challenge leaderboards and share horses. Adding and removing friends is free on iPhone and Android.
Add a friend
On the Home tab, tap the add friends icon (a person with a +). On iPhone it's in the upper left corner, on Android in the upper right corner.
Search for your friend by name. You can also connect your Facebook account to see friend suggestions.
Tap + next to your friend's name to send a friend request.
Your friend gets a notification with your request. When they accept it, you get a notification, and they show in the Friends tab on your Profile. You can also find your friends on the Home tab: tap the icon with two people, next to the add friends icon.
If you can't find your friend, they may not have an Equilab account yet. Tap Invite Friends and send them a link to download Equilab and create an account. When they've signed up, search for them again.

On iPhone you can also add friends from your profile: go to Profile > Friends and tap + in the top right corner. Then search by name, or tap Invite Friends to send a link.

On Android, add friends with the add friends icon in the upper right corner of the Home tab. Profile > Friends lists your friends, but you can't add new friends from there.
Accept a friend request
On the Home tab, tap the bell icon in the upper right corner. On Android, it's next to the add friends icon.
Open the friend request notification.
Tap Accept.
You're now friends, and the rider shows in the Friends tab on your Profile, and on the Home tab if you tap the two people icon. You don't have to accept a friend request you don't want.
Remove a friend
Go to the Profile tab and tap Friends or to the Home tab and tap the two people icon.
Tap your friend's name to open their profile.
Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
Tap Remove.
The rider is removed from your friends list.
Tap the three dots on your friend's profile.
If something didn't work
You can't find your friend: search for the name they use in Equilab. If they're not there, invite them with Invite Friends.
A friend request never arrived: contact support with your Equilab name and your friend's. Support can make it possible to send the request again.

Can I block or report another Equilab user?
No. Equilab doesn't have an option to block or report a user. You don't have to accept a friend request, and you can remove a friend at any time. If another user bothers you, contact support with their Equilab name and what happened.
