If a training or a horse seems to have disappeared from Equilab, these checks help you find it. Equilab saves trainings and horses to your account, so they show on any phone where you log in to that account.
Find a missing training
Check these in order:
Look in your full training list. Profile > Trainings lists every training saved to your account, with the total under Trainings. If the training is there but not in your Calendar, see "A training is missing from the Calendar" below.
Close and reopen Equilab. Swipe Equilab away in your phone's app switcher, open it again and look in Profile > Trainings, the Calendar tab and All trainings in the Trends tab.
Check you're in the right account. If all your trainings are missing, or you only see old ones, you're probably logged in to a second account. See "If your whole account looks empty" below.
Let the training upload. A training recorded without mobile signal uploads when your phone is online again. Connect to Wi-Fi or a strong signal and open Equilab. Don't delete the app first: a training that hasn't uploaded can be lost when you delete the app.
Think back: did you discard or delete it? If you remember discarding the training when you stopped tracking, it wasn't saved. If you remember deleting it, see "If you deleted a training or a horse" below.
If the training is still missing, contact support (see "If you still can't find it" below).
A training is missing from the Calendar
You can filter your trainings by horse only in the Calendar tab. In the Trends tab, All trainings lists your trainings without a filter. If a training is in Profile > Trainings but not in your Calendar, check the horse filter:
Open the Calendar tab.
Tap the dropdown in the upper left. It usually says Me.
Choose Me to see all your trainings. A horse's name shows only that horse's trainings.
If the training should show for a horse, open it and check that the horse is on it. A training started without choosing a horse is saved without one. To add the horse, tap the three dots in the top-right corner of the Training Summary, tap Edit, choose the horse and tap Save. The training then shows for that horse in the Calendar. See Edit a saved ride.
Next time, choose the horse with the Horse button on the Track tab before you start tracking.
Find a missing horse
If a horse is no longer on your profile, check these in order:
Check you're in the right account. In a second account, you don't see your horses. See "If your whole account looks empty" below.
Think back: did you delete it? If you remember deleting the horse, see "If you deleted a training or a horse" below.
If the horse is there but its trainings are missing, check the horse filter in the Calendar and the horse on each training, as in "A training is missing from the Calendar" above.
When Premium ends, your horses stay on your profile, but on the free plan you can track only your default horse and horses that another rider shared with you. See How many horses can I use on the free plan?
These two situations need their own steps:
If your whole account looks empty
If your whole account looks empty
If all your trainings and horses are gone, or you only see trainings from years ago, you've probably created or logged in to a second Equilab account. Your trainings and horses are in your other account.
Go to Profile > Settings > Account. A checkmark shows this account's login methods.
If that's not how you usually log in (email and password, Apple, Google or Facebook), log out and log in with your usual method.
Not sure which account is the right one? See I think I have two accounts, or send support the names and email addresses of your accounts.

A training or a horse you deleted yourself is gone for good: support can't restore it.

If you still can't find it
Contact support and include:
The email address and login method (email, Apple, Google or Facebook) of any other account you may have used
The date and time of the missing training, and the horse's name
A screenshot of what you see, and what you've already tried
