Contact us from the app
Go to the Profile tab.
Open Settings. On iPhone, tap the cog icon at the top right. On Android, tap the three dots at the top right, then tap Settings.
Tap Contact Support.
Write your question and add the details listed below.

Email us
You can also email Equilab support at [email protected]. So we can find your account, include your Account ID: in the app, go to Profile > Settings and tap Copy Account ID, then paste it into your email. If you can't log in or open the app, tell us the email addresses and login methods you may have used instead. Also add the details listed below so we can help you quickly.
What to include in your message
When you contact us from the app, your Account ID is included automatically, so we can find your account. Depending on your question, these details help us answer without asking you again:
Always: what you've already tried.
A problem with a training: the date and time of the training, the horse's name and a screenshot.
A question about Premium or a payment: where you bought Premium (App Store, Google Play or our website) and the receipt.
If you can't log in to the app
You can still reach Equilab support by email: you don't need to be logged in. First try the steps in I can't log in. If you still can't get in, email us at [email protected] and tell us the email addresses and login methods you may have used, so we can find your account.
