Delete a training you don't want to keep, for example one you started by mistake. Deleting can't be undone, so check this first:
Deleting a training is permanent. A deleted training can't be restored, by you or by our support team. If the training held a Record, that Record is removed too.
Delete a training
Open the training. You can find it in the feed on the Home tab, under Trends > All trainings, in the Calendar tab, or under Profile > Trainings.
On the Training Summary, tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
Tap Delete.
Confirm that you want to delete the training.
The training is now removed from your account.
You might not need to delete
You started tracking by mistake: you can discard the training when you stop tracking, so it's never saved. See How to record a ride.
You only want to hide the training from friends: make it private instead. See Edit a saved ride.
The training has the wrong horse or ran too long: change the horse or trim the start or end. See Edit a saved ride.
If a training disappeared and you didn't delete it
If a training is missing but you didn't delete it, first check A ride or horse is missing. If the training still doesn't show, contact support and include your Account ID, the date and time of the training, the horse's name, and a screenshot of your trainings list. To get your Account ID, go to Profile > Settings and tap Copy Account ID, then paste it into your message.
