If Equilab won't let you in, or you get in but your trainings and horses are gone, work through these checks in order. Most often, the login method is different from the one the account was created with.
Before you try anything else:
Don't sign up again. Tap Log in, not Sign up. Signing up again creates a second, empty account without your trainings and horses.
Use the same login method as before
Your Equilab account only opens with a login method it already has. Which methods you can use depends on your phone:
Email and password: iPhone and Android
Facebook: iPhone and Android
Apple: iPhone only
Google: Android only
Not sure which method you used? If Equilab is still logged in on another phone or tablet, go to Profile > Settings > Account there: a checkmark shows the login methods your account uses.
Open the section for the login method you signed up with, or for a new phone:
If you signed up with email
If you signed up with email
Log in with the email address and password you signed up with. It may be an older address, or have a typo from sign-up. If you forgot your password, see Reset your password.
If you signed up with Apple
If you signed up with Apple
Choose Apple on the login page of your iPhone and use the same Apple ID you signed up with: a different Apple ID opens a different Equilab account. An Apple login has no Equilab password, so there's nothing to reset.
Apple login only works on iPhone, and not on our website. To log in on Android or on the website, add an email and password login while you're logged in on your iPhone. See Add an email and password login. If you can no longer log in with Apple, email us at [email protected].
If you signed up with Facebook
If you signed up with Facebook
Choose Facebook on the login page and use the same Facebook account you signed up with.
If you signed up with Google
If you signed up with Google
Choose Google on the login page of your Android phone and use the same Google account you signed up with.
Google login isn't available on iPhone or on our website. If you're moving to an iPhone, or want to log in on our website, add an email and password login while you're still logged in on your Android phone. See Add an email and password login.
If you have a new phone
If you have a new phone
Install Equilab on the new phone, tap Log in and use the same login method as on your old phone.
Changing between iPhone and Android? If you log in with Apple or Google, add an email and password login on the old phone first: Apple login only works on iPhone, and Google login only on Android. If you've already switched and can't log in, email us at [email protected]. See Move Equilab to a new phone.
Check your email address and saved password
Typos are a common reason a login fails. Check the email address letter by letter. Type your password yourself instead of letting your phone fill it in: after a password reset, your phone or password manager may still fill in the old password.
Reset your password
If you log in with email and password and don't remember the password, reset it on the app's login page or on our website. The reset link is valid for about 1 hour. See Reset your password. Apple, Facebook and Google logins don't use an Equilab password, so log in with that method instead.
If you can't log in on our website
On our website, you log in to your Equilab account at equilab.horse/billing, with your email and password, or with Facebook if your Equilab account has a Facebook login. Apple and Google login don't work on the website, so add an email and password login in the app first. See Add an email and password login.
If you got in, but your trainings and horses are missing
If Equilab opens but your account is empty, you're probably logged in to a second account. Check this account's login methods in Profile > Settings > Account. Then log out in Profile > Settings and log in with the method you used before. See I think I have two accounts.
If you still can't log in
Email us at [email protected], and we'll look up your account and the login method it uses. Include:
your name in Equilab
every email address you might have used
the login methods you tried
a screenshot of any error message
what you've already tried
Still need help? Contact us in the app: go to Profile > Settings > Contact Support, or email [email protected].
