Reset your password

Request a reset link on the app's login page or on our website, and what to do if the email doesn't arrive.

Forgot your Equilab password? Request a reset link on the app's login page or on our website, then set a new password. This works on iPhone and Android.

Check these points before you reset your password:

Before you start

  • A password reset is for email and password logins. If you log in with Apple, Google or Facebook, you have no Equilab password to reset: log in with that method instead.

  • Use the email address linked to your Equilab account. A reset for any other address won't reach your account.

Reset your password in the app

  1. If you're logged in, log out: go to Profile > Settings and tap Log out.

  2. Go to the login page.

  3. Enter the email address linked to your Equilab account.

  4. Tap Forgot your password?

  5. Open the email from Equilab and tap the link to set a new password. The link is valid for about 1 hour.

  6. Log in with your email address and your new password.

If your phone or password manager saved your old password, update it now. Otherwise autofill keeps entering the old password, and the login fails.

Reset your password on our website

You can also request the reset link at equilab.horse/billing. Enter the email address linked to your Equilab account, tap Forgot your password?, and use the link in the email to set a new password. The new password works in the app and on the website.

If the reset email doesn't arrive

Check these in order:

  1. Look in your spam or junk folder. Reset emails are sometimes filtered there.

  2. Check the email address. It must be the address linked to your Equilab account, without typos. You may have signed up with another address: try that one too.

  3. Request a new email. The reset link is valid for about 1 hour. If the link has expired or doesn't work, request one again.

  4. Check your login method. If you signed up with Apple, Google or Facebook, there's no password to reset: log in with that method instead.

If you still don't get a reset email, email us at [email protected]. Include your name in Equilab and every email address you might have used. If you can't log in at all, see I can't log in.

If you signed up with Apple, Google or Facebook

An Apple, Google or Facebook login has no Equilab password. Open the section for your login method:

If you signed up with Apple

An Apple login has no Equilab password, so there's nothing to reset. Log in with Apple on your iPhone, with the same Apple ID you signed up with.

If you want a password, for example to log in on our website or on an Android phone, add an email and password login while you're logged in. See Add an email and password login. If you chose Hide My Email at sign-up, your account's email is a private Apple address. You can change it to your usual address: see Change your email address.

If you can't log in with Apple anymore, email us at [email protected].

If you signed up with Google

A Google login has no Equilab password, so there's nothing to reset. Log in with Google on your Android phone, with the same Google account you signed up with.

If you want a password, for example to log in on our website or on an iPhone, add an email and password login while you're logged in. See Add an email and password login.

If you can't log in with Google anymore, email us at [email protected].

If you signed up with Facebook

A Facebook login has no Equilab password, so there's nothing to reset.

If you want an email and password login as well, add it in the app while you're logged in with Facebook: go to Profile > Settings > Account and tap Email. See Add an email and password login.

If you can't log in with Facebook, check that you're logged in to the same Facebook account on your phone as the one linked to your Equilab account. If it still doesn't work, email us at [email protected].

Still need help? Contact us in the app: go to Profile > Settings > Contact Support, or email [email protected].
