To send feedback in the app:
Go to the Profile tab.
Open Settings. On iPhone, tap the cog icon at the top right. On Android, tap the three dots at the top right, then tap Settings.
Tap Contact Support.
Write your idea or the mistake you found, with the details listed below.
You can also email your feedback directly to [email protected], with the same details.
From time to time, Equilab may show a feedback pop-up. You can answer it too, but the best way to reach us is Contact Support or email.
What to include in your feedback
These details help our team understand your feedback:
An idea for a feature: what you'd like Equilab to do, and how it would help you.
A missing training type, horse type or discipline: its name and a short description.
A translation mistake: the app language, the exact word or sentence, the screen where you saw it, and a screenshot if you can. If you know the right wording, add it too.
