Purchases within Equilab

purchaseWhen you purchased a Premium subscription within the Equilab app, the payments and recurring billing are managed by the Apple App Store (for iOS) and by the Google Play Store (for Android). 


Update Billing information

To change billing information for all purchases made through the App/Play Stores, you can find guides at these links for the App Store and Play Store


Payments

All subscriptions are auto renewal and are charged automatically upfront when the trial has expired. This means that for longer subscription periods the whole price of the subscription will be charged directly.


Online purchases


If you subscribed via Equilab's website (at https://equilab.horse/billing), your payments will be processed by Paddle. To update your payment method with Paddle to a new card or PayPal, click the link to update your billing settings in the confirmation email you received when you subscribed.
