Keep your horse's paperwork in Equilab with Documents on the horse profile, for example the passport, vaccination records or competition results. Everyone on the horse's Team can see the horse's documents and add new ones.
⭐ More than 3 documents per horse, and sharing documents, are Premium features. On the free plan, you can store up to 3 documents per horse. To try Premium, see Start Premium or a free trial.
Add a document
Go to the Profile tab and tap your horse.
Tap Documents.
Tap + in the bottom-right corner.
Choose the photo you want to add from your phone.
The document now shows under Documents on the horse profile, and everyone on the horse's Team can see it. You can add photos, so to store a paper document, take a photo of it first.
If you can't add a document, check how many documents the horse already has. On the free plan, a horse can have up to 3.
Tap Documents on the horse profile.
Tap + to add a document.
Open, rename, share or delete a document
To open a document, tap it on the horse's Documents screen.
To rename, share or delete a document:
Go to the Profile tab, tap your horse and tap Documents.
Press and hold the document (long tap) until the options show.
Tap Share, Rename or Delete. On iPhone, tap Cancel to close the options without changes.
Renaming and deleting documents work on the free plan. Only sharing a document needs Premium.

All your horse documents stay when Premium ends, even if a horse has more than 3. On the free plan you can't add new documents to a horse that already has 3 or more. See What happens when Premium ends.

Can co-riders see and add my horse's documents?
Yes. Everyone on the horse's Team can see the horse's documents and add new ones. To give someone access, add them to the horse's Team: see Share a horse with co-riders (Horse Team).
