Can I use Equilab on Garmin, Fitbit or Wear OS watches?

Equilab works on Apple Watch and Wear OS watches. Garmin, Fitbit, Huawei, Amazfit and older Samsung watches aren't supported.

Equilab works on Apple Watch and on Android watches that run Wear OS. Other watches, such as Garmin, Fitbit, Huawei and Amazfit watches, aren't supported. Here's what works with each watch.

Apple Watch

Equilab works on Apple Watch Series 3 and later, together with an iPhone. With your iPhone along, you start and stop trainings on the watch and see your stats there (Remote mode, free). With Premium, you can also record with only the watch and leave your iPhone at the stable (Standalone). See Set up Equilab on your Apple Watch and Record a ride with your Apple Watch.

Android watches (Wear OS)

Equilab works on Android watches that run Wear OS, together with an Android phone. This includes:

  • Google Pixel Watch (all models)

  • Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and newer

  • OnePlus Watch 2 and newer

  • Xiaomi Watch 2 and Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro

  • Other Wear OS watches

You need Equilab on an Android phone to connect the watch to your account, so a Wear OS watch can't be used with Equilab on an iPhone. With your phone along, you start and stop trainings on the watch and see your stats there (Remote mode, free). With Premium, you can also record with only the watch (Standalone). To set it up, see Set up Equilab on your Android watch.

Garmin, Fitbit and other watches

Besides Apple Watch, Equilab works only on watches that run Wear OS. It doesn't work on Garmin, Fitbit, Huawei or Amazfit watches, or on older Samsung models: Galaxy Watch 3, Galaxy Watch Active 2 and earlier. Equilab has no app for these watches and can't connect to them. You can still record your trainings with your phone. To bring a training from another app or device into Equilab, you can import it with Premium: see How to import training files to Equilab.
