What detailed statistics does Equilab measure?

Modified on Wed, 4 Dec at 3:54 PM

Equilab collects lots of data while you ride, to help you and your horse continue to learn and improve. Below is a list of the detailed statistics that Equilab measures for each training.

  • Average and top speeds
  • Tempo - the number of strides your horse is taking per minute)
  • Transitions - the number of times your horse changes between different gaits
  • Stride length - how far your horse travels with each stride
  • Elevation - a chart of your altitude and the total distance travelled while moving uphill

Equilab also breaks down each of the above statistics by gait (walk, trot, canter, and tölt) for more detailed insights.
