You can share a training through Facebook, Instagram, or any communication app that's linked into your device's native sharing functionality.
To share, start by pressing the share symbol (a box with an upward arrow) in the top right corner of a training. Then, tap the social media platform you'd like to use or press the button for "More" options. If you tap "More", you will be able to choose the contact and/or channel to which you'd like to share the app through. These typically include Messages/SMS, email apps, WhatsApp, Slack, etc.
