Trainings are not synced between my co-rider and I

The most common reason that trainings are not synced between two co-riders who share a common horse is that the horse has not been selected for the training(s). To prevent this, make sure that both you and your co-rider are adding the proper horse to your trainings.


Similarly, be sure that specific horse is selected on the Calendar or Trends screen to view all of its data.

If the trainings still are not syncing, we recommend logging out and then back into the app while connected to wifi or strong cellular service. (This prompts the app to sync all trainings again.)
