Making your Trainings private vs. shared

After you finish a training, you have the option to save it as Private or to keep it available for your friends to see. 

All trainings that are not set to Private will be visible on the Home screen social feed (and on your Profile page) for your friends in Equilab to see, like, and comment on.

At any point, you can edit a training's visibility to switch whether it's Private. Simply take these steps to do so:

1. Press on the training from anywhere in the app
2. From the Training Summary, tap the 3 dots in the top right corner
3. Tap the switch for "Private training"
   
4. Press Save"
